Introducing Wolly Kids Club, a new haven exclusively for our young guests aged 4-12 years, located on the 4th Floor of Padma Hotel Bandung. Designed as a lively and welcoming environment, Wolly Kids Club offers a range of play areas and engaging activities, overseen by our attentive supervisors. It’s the perfect place for children to play, interact, and unwind, making new friends and cherishing unforgettable experiences.

  • Wolly Kids Club is for children age 4 – 12 years old.
  • Young children under the age of 4 can enter the club but must be accompanied by a babysitter, guardian or parent at all times.
  • Prior to entering Wolly Kids Club and Games Centre, all children must be registered by a parent or guardian aged 16 years or older.
  • No unauthorized personnel are allowed in Wolly Kids Club play area, including parents.
  • Children who are ill or disruptive will not be allowed to remain in Wolly Kids Club and Games Centre
  • Children who require medication or medical attention/supervision are not eligible for admission into Wolly Kids Club as these services are not available on site.
  • Any parent or guardian who shows symptoms of intoxication will not be allowed to register or collect their child/children from Wolly Kids Club
  • For safety purposes and to prevent property damage, wet clothing/swimwear is not allowed within the Wolly Kids Club and Game Centre area.

The race will start at Padma Hotel Bandung, through the hills of Ciumbuleuit.

  • 4.30 AM - 4.45 : Padma Run 2023 Start Area is open
  • 5.15 AM : START category 10K
  • 5.30 AM : START category 5
  • 7.30 AM : START Kids Dash
  • 7 AM : Cut Off time category 5K
  • 7.30 AM : Cut Off time category 10K
  • 8 AM - 10 AM : Entertainment & Doorprize
  • 9 AM : Winner Announcement on Main Stage

RACE ENTRY PACK COLLECTION


To collect your race entry pack, you must bring your e-confirmation slip with QR code and your ID Card/passport.

  • Participants below the age of 17 years old on 24 February 2024 (the race day) are required to obtain parental/guardian’s consent , as deemed necessary upon participating. Padma Hotel Bandung reserves the right to prohibit access to any applicant below the required age.
  • Click Here to download your Race Pack Collection Representative Authorisation Letter. This letter allows you to nominate someone else to collect your race pack should you not be in a position to collect it yourself.

    • RULES & REGULATIONS


    It is compulsory that all participants read the following rules and regulations prior to registering for Padma Run Bandung 2024 - 5K & 10K.


    • The single category accessible throughout Padma Run Bandung 2024 is the 5K & 10K Run, which spans around 5 and 10 kilometers through Ciumbuleuit hills.
    • Participants below the age of 17 years old on 24 February 2024 (the race day) are required to obtain parental/guardian’s consent , as deemed necessary upon participating. Padma Hotel Bandung reserves the right to prohibit access to any applicant below the required age.
    • Prize shall be awarded for both genders within each category.
    • Participants shall agree that, as far as they are aware, they are physically able to compete in the event, and to the extent that it may be necessary to seek and rely upon medical advice before the date of the event. Note that Padma Hotel Bandung is not liable for health-related incidents through the event.
    • The BIB number and participation are non-transferable. Failure to comply will result in a lifetime suspension from all Padma Run races, present and future.
    • Registration, once duly processed, must be configured as non-refundable.

    • Padma Hotel Bandung reserves the right to amend and cancel Padma Run Bandung 2024 race and routes as they deem fit for the safety of the participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, within which will be informed to participants prior to the race day. Padma Hotel Bandung is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such amendment.
    • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

      • By signing up for Padma Run Bandung 2024, I have given consent that by participating in this event, any information, personal or otherwise, may be:


    • Collected, analysed, collated, shared, disclosed to third parties, and/or otherwise used without any liability to the individual. Any personal information related to the individual, as may in its sole discretion deem fit, without any limitation for its programs, planning, data-processing, and statistical or any other purposes in furtherance of the functions.
    • Posted the full race results and photos of Padma Run Bandung 2024's website after the race.
    • Used for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to Sponsors anywhere in the world, including photographs of participants, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of Padma Bandung 2024.
