Method of payment:

  • The non-refundable first down payment of Rp. 30.000.000 is required to confirm the space within one week of the booking confirmation.
  • 50% payment from total estimation must be paying 2 months prior.
  • Full payment of the balance is required 1 month prior.
  • Should cancellation / postponed occur two months prior to the event date, a cancellation fee of 100% from the total deposit will be applied.
  • Should cancellation occur less than one month prior to the event date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total estimated of confirmation letter will be applied.
  • Postponed occur less than 3 months can be applied based on availability.
  • Should a postponement date not be available, the hotel reserves the right to apply above cancellation fees.

Wedding Terms & Conditions


  • Wedding at Lunch hours: 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM
  • Wedding at Dinner hours: 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM
  • Additional person will be charged as per published rate mentioned on the package
  • Wine corkage will be charged Rp. 250,000 net / bottle
  • Bringing your own food stall will be charged Rp. 2,000,000 net / item / stall
  • Additional electricity usage will be charged
  • Wedding Package will follow either minimum person or revenue policy
  • The prices above are inclusive 21% Government Tax & Service Charge
  • Complimentary room is honored based on revenue tier as follows :
    Rp. 100,000,000 net minimum 1 HLSK/ 1N + 2 meeting room
